Pickup Dates/Time:
Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Thursday-Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Pickup Window: Food safety is my priority. Orders not picked up within 3 hours of the scheduled time will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. If there is a reason you are unable to pickup your order at its scheduled time please contact me via phone or text so I can hold it for you and reschedule a time for pickup/delivery. For security purposes, you must present a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email (digital or printed) at the time of pickup. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If you wish to designate someone else to pick up your order, you must notify me in advance by replying to your confirmation email with their full name. They will be required to show their photo ID. Once an order is picked up, Saucy’s Sweets & Treats is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit or subsequent handling. Please inspect your items before leaving the premises. Once a pickup order leaves our location, we cannot offer refunds for missing items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We require a photo of the issue to process a partial or full refund. Original delivery fees and service charges are non-refundable.
